UHMWPE prepreg machine is to prepreg strong UHMWPE which is with the lightest weight and specific gravity, made by using ultra-high strength and high modulus polyethylene fibers as the substrate. UHMWPE prepreg machine uniformly lays the fibers with advanced high-tech equipment, impregnates and coats with high-strength elastic resin, and bonds UHMWPE with thin film. The fabric comes out of UHMWPE prepreg machine will then go through 0 °/90 orthogonal lamnation or crossply for 2UD or multiple layers of UD fabrics. UHMWPE prepreg machine is widely used for PE UD fabric and Aramid UD fabric.
