Product Description
In 1979, 3M Thinsulate first came into being and is widely used in apparel for items such as gloves, jackets, boots and sleeping bags. Originally designed for clothing, Thinsulate has also been used widely in the automotive markets for both thermal insulation and sound dampening.
Our thinsulate heat seal cutting machine is designed to cut thinsulate for the automotive industry heat sealing around the perimeter of the part.
For smooth feeding of thinsulate materials, we can equip the machine with various feeding methods as per your thinsulate materials sizes, such as conveyor belt feeding and double side auto feed tables.
For some customers, they will choose our thinsulate heat seal cutting machine with lamination function, laminating adhesive tapes rolls or tapes strips, thus realizing laminating, cutting and heat seal in one continuous and nonstop process.

Specially designed device for cutting moulds on the upper board is optional, making it convenient to change cutting moulds.

Double connecting rod balance and hydraulic drive. All moving parts have auto lubricating system, prolonging the machine service life and enhancing cutting precision.

Specially designed oil pressure system. The upper board lowers fast depending on its own heavy and when it is near the material, it will slow down, keeping the specs of the upper side and the lower side of the materials the same.

Flywheel energy storage tech helps realize high pressure cutting, saving power. The oil temp will not rise.

Stroke setting mechanism can easily and precisely set the cutting height according to different cutting moulds.

After high frequency quenching, the excircle surface of cylinder rod will be hard chrome plated, prolonging the service life of the machine.

The hydraulic system adopts auto oil adding speed enhancing cylinder. When working, it lowers rapidly and the hydraulic pump is in the state of unloading. It produces less heat and can work continuously for a long time. This is Germany tech and we learnt it after German engineers. Other factories even do not know this tech.

Optional: Driven by servo motor, synchronous belt transmission device feeds the material and the feeding length can be input by the touch screen.

The machine has memory function. For the cutting moulds, the material feeding data can be stored and recalled. In future, just input the cutting mould serial number, the machine will recall previous data and work accordingly.
